Ms. Victoria Goh Si Hui ('Victoria Goh') will be appointed as chief executive officer of Serial Achieva Limited ('SAL'), a 77.64%-owned subsidiary listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange, and will be re-designated from non-executive director to executive director of SAL.

Following this appointment, Victoria Goh will be re-designated from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director of Serial System Ltd. She will also relinquish her roles as Group Vice President, Business Development & Marketing and Chief Operating Officer of Consumer Products Distribution Division of Serial System Ltd, and be re-designated as non-executive director of all subsidiaries and associated companies within the Serial System Ltd group.

Victoria Goh will continue to oversee and manage the business of Serial Multivision Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary engaged in hospitality and healthcare solutions, which is a non-core business segment classified under "Other Businesses" of Serial System Ltd.

The Nominating Committee, having considered Ms. Victoria Goh's past contribution, experience, knowledge on consumer products distribution, as well as her performance and capabilities to contribute to SAL, had supported and recommended her appointment as chief executive officer and executive director of SAL to the Board of the Company. The Nominating Committee has also reviewed and recommended to the Board of the Company that Victoria Goh be re-designated from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director of Serial System Ltd, to relinquish her roles as Group Vice President, Business Development & Marketing, and Chief Operating Officer of Consumer Products Distribution Division of Serial System Ltd, and be re-designated as non-executive director of all subsidiaries and associated companies within the Serial System Ltd group, save that she will continue to oversee and manage the business of the hospitality and healthcare solutions. The Board concurred with the recommendations of the Nominating Committee and approved Victoria Goh's changes to the various appointments at Serial System Ltd group as detailed above and her appointment as chief executive officer and executive director of SAL.
