1. Financial results of the Wipro Limited for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the Audited Standalone and Consolidated
financial results under lndAS and Audited Consolidated financial results under IFRS for the quarter ended June 30, 2022, together with the Auditor's Report. The financial results are also being made available on the Company's website at www.wipro.com.
2. Appointment of Ms. Paivi Rekonen as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director for a term of 5 years with effect from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2027. A separate press release is being filed in this regard.
