| Additional Text | CDLHT has announced a distribution of 2.51 cents per Stapled Security in CDLHT for the period from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023, comprising the following distributions from H-REIT: |
| Additional Text | (i) taxable income of 2.10 cents per Stapled Security;
(ii) tax-exempt income of 0.15 cents per Stapled Security; and
(iii) capital component of 0.26 cents per Stapled Security. |
| Additional Text | There is no distribution from HBT for the period from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023. |

| Taxation Conditions | Tax will be deducted at source from the taxable component under relevant circumstances. |
