ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Choi Shing Kwok ("Mr Choi") will retire from the Board with effect from 31 December 2026 to devote more time to his other commitments.

Upon his retirement, Mr Choi will cease to be an Independent Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of the Company, Chairman of the Board Risk Committee, and a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee and the Strategy & Investment Committee.

The Board and Management wishes to record their appreciation to Mr Choi for his invaluable contributions and dedicated service during his tenure as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of the Company, and his guidance across the Board Committees on which he has served.
