Beach Energy Ltd advised that, after conducting a farm-out process, its wholly owned subsidiary Beach Petroleum (Tanzania) Ltd has signed an agreement for the transfer of 70% of its 100% interest in the Lake Tanganyika South Block, Tanzania, to a wholly owned subsidiary of Woodside Petroleum Ltd.
