This is further to our intimation dated July 28, 2016 informing that the meeting of the holders of the 4.75 per cent Bonds originally convened on July 27, 2016 had been adjourned to be held on Thursday, August 10, 2016 for want of adequate quorum.

We are pleased to inform you that the adjourned meeting of the holders of the 4.75 per cent Bonds was quorate and the extraordinary resolution was passed with the requisite majority.

The closing date for settlement of new bonds proposed to be issued in exchange of the outstanding US$ 77.212 Million 5per cent Convertible Bonds Due 2017 (5 per cent Bonds) and the 4.75 per cent Bonds (together with 5 per cent Bonds, the Existing Bonds ) and amendment of the Existing Bonds that are not exchanged pursuant to the aforesaid exchange, will be announced upon receipt of certain regulatory approvals, including from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), that are to be obtained post the approval of the holders of the Existing Bonds.

We enclose the notice of outcome to the meeting of the bondholders of 4.75per cent Bonds for your perusal that are being given to the bondholders through the clearing systems.
