Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Ng Kok Hok ("Mr Ng") has decided to resign as the Chief Financial Officer of the Group due to his reaching of mandatory retirement age. However, Mr Ng will remain as Senior Consultant for GGTM Sdn. Bhd.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the announcement, there are no material reasons for the cessation of Mr Ng as Chief Financial Officer of the Group. In addition, there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr Ng and there are no disagreements between Mr Ng and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that would have an impact to the Company's financial reporting.

Overall financial management of the Group and matters relating to statutory and regulatory compliance.

The Company is searching for a suitable candidate to replace Mr Ng. In the meantime, these roles will be handled by Mr Darren Lau (finance manager) who is based in Singapore, supported by Mr Chan Poh Guan (financial controller) in Malaysia who will handle the financial reporting for the operations in Malaysia.
