The Board of Directors of TrickleStar Limited ("TrickleStar" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the following documents:

a) Annual Report for financial year ended 31 December 2023 ("Annual Report 2023");
b) Letter to Shareholders dated 8 March 2024 (the "Letter"); and
d) Notification and Request Form, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form.

In line with TrickleStar's sustainability drive, the Company will not be despatching printed copies of the Annual Report 2023 and the Letter to shareholders.

Please refer to the attached Notification and Request Form if you still wish to receive printed copies of the Annual Report 2023 and the Letter for this year.
