The Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Year ended 31.03.2014 were approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 05.05.2014. A copy of the same is enclosed along with the Report of the Auditors.

The Board has recommended a Final Dividend @ 45 % / Rs. 4.50 per Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 10/- for the year ended 31.03.2014, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.

Book-Closure dates for payment of Final Dividend will be synchronized with the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be announced later.
