Mr Masato Saiki finds that his skill sets and capabilities may not be the best-positioned to contribute to the best interests of the Company in its current state of affairs, and believes that a successor CEO with turn-around and fund raising capabilities would be better positioned to progress the Company through its current challenges.

After having interviewed Mr Masato Saiki and to the best of its knowledge, the Sponsor is satisfied that there are no other reasons for the cessation of Mr Masato Saiki as the CEO.
