As part of the regular succession and leadership renewal process of CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte Ltd ("CLINTMPL") (as trustee-manager of CapitaLand India Trust ("CLINT")). Mr Dasgupta will relinquish his role as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Non-Independent Director of CLINTMPL to focus on his duties as Chief Executive Officer of CLI India Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of CapitaLand Investment Limited ("CLI"). CLI is a substantial unitholder of CLINT.
