(1) the accounting reference date of the Issuer and of the Guarantor has been amended to 30 June and the accounting period ending 31 December 2020 will be extended to 30 June 2021; and the next financial statements will be covering the period from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2021; and

(2) the existing auditor KPMG has resigned and PricewaterhouseCoopers has been appointed auditor with immediate effect.
