Please be informed that the Board of Directors of Emperador Inc., at its meeting held on 25 September 2024, approved to extend the validity and effectivity period of the Employee Stock Option Plan ( ESOP ), as amended, for an additional period of three (3) years or from 15 December 2024 to 14 December 2027, under the existing terms and conditions. The stockholders will be asked to ratify said extension during the special meeting of the stockholders on 14 November 2024.
