The Annual Report 2019 attached is not accompanied by the Notice of AGM and the Proxy Form which will be sent to Shareholders at a later date separately. In view of the measures put in place by the Singapore Government due to the COVID-19 outbreak, and the guidance issued by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore, Monetary Authority of Singapore and Singapore Exchange Regulation, the Company had sought an extension of time to hold its AGM for FY2019 as set out in the Company's announcements dated 1 April 2020, 6 April 2020 and 7 April 2020. Accordingly, we will make further announcement to update Shareholders on the indicative date and details of the AGM for FY2019 in due course.

This annual report has been prepared by the Company and its contents have been reviewed by the Company's Sponsor, RHT Capital Pte. Ltd. (the "Sponsor") for compliance with the relevant rules of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST"). The Sponsor has not independently verified the contents of this annual report.
