In the organizational meeting of the Board of Directors of Emperador Inc. held today, 15 May 2023, the following were appointed as new officers of the Corporation.

Assistant Corporate Secretary - Marydale C. Manato-Zoleta
Chief Audit Officer and Chief Risk Officer - Mary Grace P. Maralit
Investor Relations Officer - Kenneth V. Nerecina

Marydale C. Manato-Zoleta, Filipino, 33 years old, is a Legal Counsel of Emperador Distillers, Inc. Ms. Manato-Zoleta obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2017 from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and her undergraduate degree in Legal Management in 2011 from the San Beda College (now San Beda University).

Mary Grace P. Maralit, Filipino, 42 years old, is the Chief Audit Executive and Chief Risk Officer of Emperador Inc. Ms. Maralit obtained her bachelor s degree in Accountancy in 2003 from the Far Eastern University.

Kenneth V. Nerecina, Filipino, 53 years old, is the Investor Relations Officer of Emperador Inc. Mr. Nerecina obtained his bachelor s degree in Mathematics in 1990 from the Ateneo de Manila University.
