Based on its enquires, the Company's sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the announcement, there are no material reasons for the cessation of Mr Cheng Ho Lam Fredy as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

There are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr Cheng Ho Lam Fredy and there are no disagreements between Mr Cheng Ho Lam Fredy and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that would have an impact to the Company's financial reporting.

On the effective date of cessation, Mr Cheng Ho Lam Fredy will also cease his directorships in the subsidiaries of Advanced Holdings Ltd.

Mr Cheng Ho Lam Fredy will work closely with Mr Wang Yilong Johnson, the newly appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company, to ensure a smooth handover and transition of his responsibilities.
