HONG KONG, 28 December 2018 --- Dr.Peng Holding Hongkong Limited (Dr.Peng Holding HongKong Limited, Director:Sun Lisi) announces that it has purchased another USD 44,100,000 of the Notes representing 8.82 per cent of the total principal amount of the Notes (calculated based on U.S.$500,000,000, being the principal amount at the time of initial listing) as of 28 December 2018 pursuant to Condition 5(C) of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes.
