NCB Financial Group Limited - NCBFG advises that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Thursday, February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the release of its unaudited interim financial statements for the three months ended December 31, 2025. An interim ordinary dividend payment will also be considered at this meeting.

NCBFG also advises of the following dates on which its Board of Directors intends to meet to consider and approve the release of interim financial results:

- August 13, 2026
- November 12, 2026

At such meetings, consideration will ordinarily be given to any recommendations regarding the payment of ordinary dividends.
