Wilmar International Limited ("Wilmar") wishes to inform that Mr Darwin Indigo, a nephew of Wilmar's Executive Deputy Chairman Mr Martua Sitorus, will be appointed Deputy Country Head (Indonesia) with effect from 1 January 2016.

Mr Indigo, who is currently General Manager, Trading - Indonesia, will continue to be responsible for trading and commercial planning for Indonesia, in addition to his new area of responsibility as Deputy Country Head (Indonesia).
