With further reference to our letter No. Sc- 15857 dated January 22, 2020 and in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we have to inform you that the Board at their Meeting held today, has approved and taken on record the Audited Standalone Financial Results along with Auditor's Report and the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results along with Limited Review Report, for the third quarter ended December 31, 2019, pursuant to regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The Press Release along with the said Financial Results and the said Auditor's Reports are attached herewith as Annexure A.

These results and the Press Release are being made available on the Company's website at www.tatamotors.com.

The Meeting commenced at 12:30 p.m. and concluded at 3:45 p.m.
