Announcement of the repurchase and cancellation of a portion of the GBP 42,136,000 outstanding of the GBP 250,000,000 3.50 per cent. Fixed Rate Green Note due 2033 (Regulation S Notes ISIN XS2383508590) issued by Lendlease Europe Finance PLC (the Notes). As of 28 November 2025, the Offeror completed the partial repurchase and cancellation of the Notes in aggregate principal amount of GBP 28,136,000 representing approximately 66.77 percent of the total principal outstanding of the Notes. After cancellation of the Repurchased Notes, the outstanding aggregate principal of the Notes is GBP 14,000,000.
