Audience Analytics Limited (the "Company") refers to its announcement dated 19 January 2023 (SGX Announcement Reference Number SG230119OTHRX154) in relation to the press release titled "The Edge Singapore signs on as official media partner of the Golden Bull Award 2023 in Singapore".

The Company would like to clarify that the name of its subsidiary which has entered into an agreement with The Edge Singapore should be "BMI Business Intelligence Pte. Ltd." instead of "Business Media Intelligence Pte Ltd".
