At the meeting of the Bondholders convened pursuant to a notice of meeting published by The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch (the Trustee) on 9 April 2021 (the Notice of Meeting) and held at 10.00 a.m. (Singapore time) on 23 April 2021 via Cisco Webex video and audio conference facility, the Extraordinary Resolution to approve the appointment of:
(i) Citicorp International Limited as the new Trustee for the Bondholders;
(ii) Citibank, N.A., London Branch as the new Principal Paying Agent, Principal Conversion Agent and Transfer Agent; and
(iii) Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG as the new Registrar of the Bonds (together, the Appointments),
was duly passed. The Appointments will become effective on or around 27 April 2021.
