The Board of AAT Corporation Limited (ASX:AAT) wishes to advise that it has today lodged Appendix 4G. The Corporate Governance Statement for the year ended 30 June 2015 can be found on pages 4-8 of the Annual Report announced on 30 July 2015.

The Company is currently reviewing and updating its corporate governance charters and policies which will reflect the Company's governance systems, as well the ASX's Principles and Recommendation which will be announced shortly.
