Mr Liu Kien Fang has tendered his resignation as Group General Manager/ Acting Chief Executive Officer of Transit-Mixed Concrete Ltd. Mr Liu will serve a notice period till 30 June 2021 during which he will be working closely with the Board to ensure an orderly and smooth transition.

Mr Lee Sai Sing, the Executive Director will be responsible for the Group's overall management and the Group's day-to-day operations.
