Please refer to the attached FY2019 Annual Report ("AR").

In view of regulation announced by Singapore Exchange Regulation on 7 April 2020, which are in consultation with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Annual General Meeting ("AGM") deadline is automatically extended by 60 days.

The AR is not accompanied with Notice of AGM and Proxy Form. It will be issued along with the hard copy of AR at a later date, with at least 21 days notice from AGM date. The Company will update shareholders again on the intended date of the AGM in due course.
