Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr Koit Ven Jee ("Mr Koit") has on 15 April 2026 tendered his resignation as the Group Financial Controller ("GFC") of the Company due to personal family commitments. The Board of Directors of the Company has accepted Mr Koit's resignation. Mr Koit has requested his last day of service to be on 15 April 2026 as per his resignation letter. Pursuant to a mutual agreement between Mr Koit and the Company, the notice period has been waived. Accordingly, his last day of employment will be on 15 April 2026. The Company is in the process of searching for and identifying a suitable candidate for the position of GFC (or equivalent rank). A further announcement will be made in due course once a new appointment is confirmed. In the interim, the finance and accounting functions of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") will be overseen by the Company's finance team. There are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the resignation of Mr Koit and there are no disagreements between Mr Koit and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting. Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, RHB Bank Berhad, after having interviewed Mr Koit and to the best of its knowledge, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr Koit as the GFC of the Company.
