The Board of Directors of SMRT Corporation Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Benny Lim Kian Heng, Managing Director of SMRT Road Holdings Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has resigned from the Company to pursue professional and personal interests. Mr Lim will step down as Managing Director with effect from 2 August 2016.

The Board and Management would like to thank Mr Lim for his services to the SMRT Group and wish him the best in his future endeavours.
