Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Chua Siong Kiat ("Mr Chua") resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue other professional interests.

Mr Chua confirms that there are no concerns or disagreements with the Board or management of the Company over matters involving the Company that led to his resignation.

Following his cessation on 25 April 2025, Mr Chua would be appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company with effect from 26 April 2025, subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming AGM of the Company. Mr Chua will work closely with the management of the Company and the finance team to ensure an orderly and smooth transition.

After having interviewed Mr Chua and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, ZICO Capital Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Chua.
