Reasons for Trading Halt
The trading halt is called pending:

(i) announcement after 5.00pm on 1 September 2014 whether Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management (Commercial) Ltd, as manager of Frasers Commercial Trust, has exercised its right of redemption of Series A CPPUs under the terms and conditions of the Series A CPPU; and

(ii) announcement after 5.00pm on 3 September 2014 on the number of Series A CPPUs successfully redeemed and/or converted following such exercise and exercise by Series A CPPU holders of their right of conversion.
