The percentage of the number of shares purchased to-date is calculated based on 232,950,000 issued shares of the capital of Keong Hong Holdings Limited (the "Company") excluding treasury shares pursuant to the share buy-back resolution passed at the annual general meeting held on 29 January 2015.
