(the Offeror ) announced today the commencement of an invitation to the holders (the Holders ) of the U.S.$700,000,000 5.692% Senior Notes due 2021 (the Existing Notes ) issued by PTTEP Canada International Finance Limited (the Issuer ) and guaranteed by PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (the "Guarantor or the Company ) to tender such Existing Notes for purchase by the Offeror for cash up to US$220,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Existing Notes upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Tender Offer Memorandum. Capitalised terms used in this announcement and not otherwise defined have the meanings ascribed to them in the Tender Offer Memorandum.
