The Company's subsidiary, Sydrogen Energy Pte. Ltd. (''Sydrogen'') and Pyxis Maritime Pte Ltd (''Pyxis'') entered into a memorandum of understanding on 8 August 2023 to deploy hydrogen fuel cell solutions for maritime decarbonisation applications, including harbour craft electrification.
