This is to inform the Exchange that the Board Meeting of the Bank will be held on Wednesday, the 05th August, 2015 at Mumbai, to inter-alia approve, the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank, for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2015.

In terms of Clause 10(A) of Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank will remain closed from 25.07.2015 to 07.08.2015 for the Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank and will be reopened on 08.08.2015, on account of Board Meeting to be held on 05.08.2015, inter-alia, to approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2015.
