Position on Decreasing the Investment Unit
IBIDEN Co., Ltd. recognizes that the reduction of the investment units is an effective measure for encouraging participation from a wider range of investors and improving share liquidity.

Policy on Decreasing the Investment Unit
Regarding the reduction of investment units, the Company has carefully considered it within the Company, taking into account the liquidity of the company s shares, stock price, shareholder composition, cost-effectiveness, and other factors. As a result of this comprehensive review, the Company has no plan to reduce the investment units or to implement other similar measures at present. The Company will continue to review this matter as needed.
