The Board of Directors of the Manager is satisfied on reasonable grounds that, immediately after the repurchase of Units, the Manager will be able to fulfil, from the Deposited Property, the Liabilities as these liabilities fall due. The references to "Deposited Properties" and "Liabilities" shall have the meanings as ascribed to them in the trust deed dated 28 November 2005, as may be amended from time to time, constituting Keppel REIT.

All reference to "share" or "shares" on this announcement shall mean "unit" or "units".
