Due to an inadvertent error, the Company's earlier announcement made on 21 September 2021 was released under the announcement title "General Announcement" instead of "Asset Acquisitions and Disposals". Save as aforesaid, there are no changes to the announcement.

This announcement has been prepared by the Company and its contents have been reviewed by the Company s Sponsor, RHT Capital Pte. Ltd.
