Please refer to the attached Annual Report. Shareholders' attention is drawn to the revised Notice of Annual General Meeting on page 115 of the Annual Report and the revised Proxy Form on the page immediately after page 118, which includes an additional resolution as set out in resolution 2 to re-appoint Mr Ng Poh Khoon as a director of the Company, a director retiring at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Company had inadvertently omitted the abovementioned resolution in the Notice and Annual General Meeting and the Proxy Form in the previous annual report as announced by the Company on 11 July 2018.

Save for the above, there are no further changes to the Annual Report.
