(the Company ) received today, 07 May 2025, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) letter granting the Company s request for exemptive relief, allowing the Company to file the Definitive Information Statement (SEC Form 20-IS) without the 2025 First Quarter Interim Report. The Company undertakes to make the First Quarter Interim Report available on or before May 15, 2025.
