Ltd., as trustee-manager of Frasers Hospitality Business Trust (the "Managers"), refer to the announcement dated 4 October 2024 on the release of the financial results of Frasers Hospitality Trust for the financial year ended 30 September 2024 ("FY2024 Financial Results").

The Managers wish to announce that the FY2024 Financial Results will be released before the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 12 November 2024. There is a change in the date of release of the FY2024 Financial Results as a complete set of the valuations of the United Kingdom portfolio will only be available after 7 November 2024 (being the original scheduled date of release).
