| Additional Text | CDL Hospitality Trusts ("CDLHT") has announced a distribution of 2.15 cents per Stapled Security in CDLHT for the period from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026, comprising: |

(i) taxable income of 1.71 cents per Stapled Security;
(ii) capital component of 0.41 cents per Stapled Security; and |
| Additional Text | (b) distribution from CDL Hospitality Business Trust:
(i) capital component of 0.03 cents per Stapled Security. |

| Taxation Conditions | Tax will be deducted at source from the taxable component under relevant circumstances. |
