Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Tan Ser Ko is stepping down as an Executive Director of the Company. Mr Tan will retain his work scope and position as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and he will continue to report to the Board of Directors. The cessation of Mr Tan as Executive Director is aligned to the Company's business plans moving forward as the Company is in the midst of preparing and submitting its Trading Resumption Proposal.

After having interviewed Mr Tan and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Tan as the Executive Director
