The Board had considered, among others, the recommendation of the Nominating Committee and has reviewed Mrs Yu-Foo's credentials, experience and suitability and has approved the appointment of Mrs Yu-Foo as Chairman of the Board with effect from 29 February 2024, following the cessation of Mr Teo Chiang Long as Executive Chairman.

She retired from politics in 2011 after 27 years of services.
