Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( Listing Regulations ) and in accordance with the requirement undersub-clause7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, the undersigned hereby informs your good office that Shri Viswanath Devaraja Rao has been appointed as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Reliance Communications Limited ( Company ) with effect from November 19, 2019, on account of the vacancy created by the resignation of Shri Manikantan V, as the Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, notice of which was received by the Company on October 4, 2019, and approved by the committee of creditors of the Company in its meeting held on November 13, 2019, and passing of resolution through e-voting, which voting concluded on November 19, 2019.
