Telstra announces AUD 450 million bond issue
Telstra Group Limited (Telstra) today priced AUD 450 million of Australian medium term notes (the Notes) under its Debt Issuance Program Offering Circular dated 28 August 2024.
The Notes have a coupon of 4.75 per cent, are expected to issue on 6 September 2024 and have a six-year maturity.
Telstra will use the proceeds from the Notes for general corporate purposes.
