Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): Further to the announcement made by Fraser and Neave, Limited (the "Company") on 2 November 2017 in relation to the Transaction (the "Previous Announcement"), the Company attaches for information a correction notice dated 7 November 2017 and submitted by F&NDI to the HOSE in relation to the Notice of Transaction in Shares of Vinamilk set out in the Previous Announcement (the "Correction Notice"). The Correction Notice was announced by the HOSE today. Under the Correction Notice, the mode of transaction has been amended to also enable F&NDI to acquire shares in Vinamilk by way of an auction or a direct transaction through the Vietnam Securities Depository system. Save for this amendment, the contents of the Notice of Transaction in Shares of Vinamilk in the Previous Announcement remain unchanged.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless otherwise defined herein, have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Previous Announcement.
