As part of the regular succession and leadership renewal process of CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited (the "Manager"), Mr Tan will relinquish his role as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Non-Independent Director of the Manager to assume another senior management role with CapitaLand Investment Limited. Mr Tan will be re-designated as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Manager and remain as a member of the Executive Committee.
