The board of directors (the "Board" ) of Hatten Land Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its associate company ECXX Global Pte. Ltd. ("ECXX") has entered into an important collaboration with regional brokerage firm UOB Kay Hian to bring in deep-tech start-ups to their network and offer them the opportunity to list via Securitised Token Offerings to raise growth capital. Please refer to attached press releases for more information.
