Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Following the completion of the proposed acquisition by the Company of the entire issued share capital of Shanaya Environmental Services Pte. Ltd. from Shitthi Nabesathul Bathuria D/O Abdul Hamid, Sivakumar Martin S/O Sivanesan, and Perumal S/O Gopal, Choo Tung Kheng had resigned from the Board as part of the re-constitution of the composition of the Board.

After having interviewed Choo Tung Kheng and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Choo Tung Kheng as the Managing Director and Executive Director of the Company.
