Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited (the Company) announces the results of the invitation by the Company to the Qualifying Holders of the U.S.$700,000,000 4.75% Guaranteed Notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS1572363858) issued by PCPD Capital Limited and guaranteed by the Company (the Notes) to tender any and all of their Notes for purchase by the Company for cash (the Tender Offer) on the terms and subject to the conditions contained in the Tender Offer Memorandum dated 7 June 2021 (the Tender Offer Memorandum). Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined shall have the meaning given to them in the Tender Offer Memorandum.
